MEET the longest cat in the world who measures an incredible 46.6 inches from nose to the tip of his bushy tail.

The fluffy Maine Coon called Ludo has been awarded a prestigious place in the Guinness World Records 2017 edition.

His delighted owner Kelsey Gill has now been presented with a certificate from the famous official overseers of all things great and small to recognise his top cat status.

Ms Gill fell in love with the Maine Coon breed after spotting one following Hogwart’s caretaker Mr Filch in the Hollywood movie series.
